We are a well-established General Contracting and Remodeling Company serving San Diego and surrounding areas. Due to continued growth and multiple active projects, we are looking for skilled and reliable Finish Carpenters and Plumbers to join our team full-time.

🔨 POSITION 1: FINISH CARPENTER

Pay:

Starting at $30/hr (based on experience and skill level)

Cash payment available if needed

Responsibilities:

Install interior doors, jambs, casing, and hardware
Install baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, and detailed trim work
Complete window trims, sills, and aprons
Install cabinets, fillers, scribes, and make finish adjustments
Build and install fireplace trims, mantels, and wall paneling
Complete shelving, closets, and custom finish carpentry projects
Handle punch-list items with attention to detail and quality


Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional finish carpentry experience
Strong knowledge of high-quality finish work and installation techniques
Ability to read plans and follow project specifications
Must have your own tools
Reliable transportation required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented

🚰 POSITION 2: EXPERIENCED PLUMBER

Pay:

Starting at $30/hr and up (based on experience and qualifications)
Cash, check, or direct deposit available

Responsibilities:

Perform rough-in and finish plumbing work
Install and repair plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects
Work with ABS, PEX, copper, and underground plumbing
Ensure all work meets California Plumbing and Building Code requirements
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and complete projects efficiently


Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience
Strong understanding of California Plumbing Codes
Experience with rough plumbing and finish plumbing
Knowledge of ABS, PEX, copper, and underground systems
Must have your own vehicle for transportation to job sites
Must have a complete set of plumbing tools
Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards
