Pride Electric is growing — and we're looking for experienced electricians who know supermarket work.
We are a commercial electrical contractor specializing in supermarket construction, remodels, service, and electrical installations throughout Southern California, with additional projects in Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.
We're looking for experienced Foremen and Journeymen Electricians who take pride in their work, know how to get the job done right, and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
FOREMEN
Experienced field leaders who can run crews, coordinate work, read plans, communicate effectively with project teams, maintain schedules, solve problems in the field, and deliver quality work safely and efficiently.
JOURNEYMEN ELECTRICIANS
Experienced commercial electricians who can work independently, read plans, troubleshoot, solve problems in the field, and consistently produce high-quality work.
SUPERMARKET ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We're specifically looking for electricians who understand the demands of supermarket refrigeration construction and remodel work and can bring relevant field experience to our team.
THE WORK

• Supermarket new construction and remodels
• Commercial electrical installations and upgrades
• Equipment connections and electrical systems
• Service and troubleshooting
• Reading and working from plans and project specifications
• Coordinating with project managers, general contractors, vendors, and other trades
• Maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and workmanship

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Proven commercial electrical experience
• Supermarket electrical experience required
• Experience appropriate for a Foreman or Journeyman-level position
• Ability to work night and/or day shifts depending on project needs
• Willingness to travel for select projects
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable attendance and professional jobsite conduct
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to pass required drug and medical screening

WHERE WE WORK
Most of our projects are throughout Southern California, with select travel assignments in Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.
