We’re a well-established lawn maintenance company (30+ years in business) looking for a skilled and dependable full-time lawn maintenance worker who can also safely drive a truck and trailer. 💰 WHAT WE OFFER:
✔️ Competitive Pay: $18-$20/hr (based on experience)
✔️ Overtime Pay: Time and a half for hours over 40
✔️ Room for Growth: Raises available based on performance

🔧 REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING):
✅ 3+ years of RECENT experience with a Florida residential lawn service
✅ Strong skills with commercial mowers and 2-cycle equipment (edgers, weed-eaters, blowers, trimmers, etc.)
✅ A clean driver's license (no marks in last 2 years) – You must be able to drive a company truck and trailer
✅ Reliable transportation to and from work
✅ Able to handle Florida weather (heat, rain, etc.)
✅ Must live in Pasco county or north Pinellas for an easy commute to Holiday, FL
✅ Drug-free work environment
📅 WORK SCHEDULE:
🕒 4-Day Workweek!
✔️Monday - Thursday, 10 hours per day
✔️Fridays must be kept open for rain make-up days
✔️Occasional landscaping work may be available on Fridays for overtime opportunity but not guaranteed weekly.
