# NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED HIGH-RISE WINDOW CLEANERS
**$29–$36 PER HOUR | FULL-TIME | PORTLAND METRO AREA**
**Clean Services Northwest Inc. (CSNW)** is looking for experienced, dependable high-rise window cleaners to join our growing team!

**Previous professional high-rise window cleaning experience using rope descent systems (RDS) is REQUIRED.**
Qualified applicants should have:
- Hands-on experience with high-rise window cleaning and rope descent systems
- Knowledge of fall protection and safe work practices
- Experience using traditional squeegees and window-cleaning equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work safely at heights and outdoors
- Willingness to complete a job-related background check
- SPRAT or IRATA certification
- Pressure washing experience
- Commercial exterior building maintenance experience
- Crew leadership experience
