Responsibilities

Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews.
Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
Install package units, split systems, heat pumps, and mini-split systems.
Read blueprints, installation plans, and job specifications.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Train and mentor junior installers.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
Complete installations efficiently while meeting company quality standards.
Qualifications
3–5 years of HVAC installation experience.
Previous crew leadership experience required.
EPA Certification required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
