Pay: $40–$57 per hour, based on experience

GC Reliable Service is looking for an experienced, reliable, and customer-focused HVAC Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking a skilled professional with strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on experience servicing and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and service inspections.
Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment, including heat pumps and ductless systems.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain boilers and hydronic heating systems.
Identify equipment issues and recommend appropriate repairs or solutions.
Communicate professionally with customers, explain findings, and answer technical questions.
Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Follow safety procedures, industry standards, and company guidelines.
Participate in the company’s on-call rotation and respond to after-hours service calls as scheduled.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of hands-on HVAC service and repair experience.
Experience with both residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of heat pumps, ductless systems, boilers, and hydronic heating systems.
Professional communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Dependability, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications are preferred.
