Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling insurance products, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Insurance Agent will assess clients' insurance needs, recommend suitable coverage, and help clients protect their financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a portfolio of new and existing clients.
Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Sell a variety of insurance products, including life, health, auto, home, and commercial insurance.
Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and policy information.
Process new applications, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Provide ongoing policy reviews and recommend coverage updates as clients' needs change.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve claims-related issues.
Build relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
Stay informed about industry regulations, insurance products, and market trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable insurance laws.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Valid insurance license for the applicable state or region.
Minimum of 3–5 years of insurance sales or agency experience.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and policy coverage.
Proven sales and customer relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
