Our family-owned mobile home service and repair company is looking for a dependable, experienced construction professional to join our team. We are seeking someone with a strong background in carpentry, residential construction, remodeling, or mobile home foundation repair who can work independently and take ownership of their work.

We value team members who are versatile, motivated, and willing to learn multiple aspects of the trade. We cross-train our employees and are looking for someone who can bring existing construction skills while learning the foundation repair side of our business.

What We're Looking For

Strong construction background required
Carpentry experience preferred
Confident using power tools and construction equipment
Ability to work independently after training
Quick learner with a strong work ethic
Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
Comfortable interacting with customers professionally

Mobile home foundation repair
Re-leveling mobile homes
Pad change-outs
Pier and support replacement
Structural repairs
Residential construction and remodeling

Mobile home foundation and re-leveling experience is a major plus. We are willing to pay top dollar for qualified candidates with proven experience.

Job Duties

Foundation repair and re-leveling
Pad and support replacement
Carpentry and general repair work
Conduct inspections independently
Explain inspection findings and recommended repairs to customers
Work in and around crawlspaces beneath mobile homes
Physical Requirements

This is hands-on construction work and not a desk job. Applicants must be physically capable of:

Working in tight crawlspaces under mobile homes

Dragging blocks, pads, jacks, and materials through confined areas
Lifting and carrying construction materials
Working in dirty and physically demanding conditions
