Crist Custom Painting & Coatings LLC is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented painter who takes pride in their craft and wants to grow with one of the fastest-growing painting companies in our market.

Qualifications

- Minimum- 5 years of professional painting experience working on mid- to high-end homes
-Extensive experience with both **interior and exterior*

• painting
• Proven ability to produce high-quality, detail-oriented finishes
• Experience managing a crew and effectively delegating work
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• English Speaking required; Spanish speaking is a plus (not required)
• Reliable transportation- Preferably a work truck
• Must own all standard painting hand tools (spray equipment provided by the company)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Proof of employment eligibility is required upon hire.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience

• Primers and specialty primers
• Interior and exterior paint systems
• Fine finish coatings
• Varnishes and clear coats
• Wood finishing and staining
• Cabinet finishing
• Proper prep procedures and finishing techniques
• Spray, brush, and roller application methods
