We’re a well-established lawn maintenance company (30+ years in business) looking for a skilled and dependable full-time lawn maintenance worker to join our team. 💰 WHAT WE OFFER:
✔️ Competitive Pay: $16-$18/hr (based on experience)
✔️ Overtime Pay: Time and a half for hours over 40
✔️ Room for Growth: Raises available based on performance

🔧 REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING):
✅ 3+ years of RECENT experience with a Florida residential lawn service
✅ Strong skills with commercial mowers and 2-cycle equipment (edgers, weed-eaters, blowers, trimmers, etc.)
✅ Reliable transportation to and from work
✅ Able to handle Florida weather (heat, rain, etc.)
✅ Must live near Tarpon Springs, Holiday, or New Port Richey for an easy commute
✅ Drug-free work environment

📅 WORK SCHEDULE:
🕒 Monday - Thursday (Fridays only if we need to make up for rain) - Four 10hr workdays
