NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED SEALCOATING / PARKING LOT STRIPING WORKER

We are looking for an experienced sealcoating and parking lot striping worker to join our crew.
Experience is required. We are specifically looking for someone who already knows how to perform sealcoating and striping work and can work efficiently with limited supervision.
Responsibilities include:
● Parking lot line striping
● Sealcoating asphalt surfaces
● Layout and measuring for parking spaces
● ADA/handicap markings, arrows, numbers, curbs, and stenciling
● Preparing and cleaning surfaces before application
● Operating striping and sealcoating equipment
● Mixing and applying materials properly
● Loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment
● Keeping job sites clean and professional
Requirements:
● Previous professional sealcoating and/or striping experience REQUIRED
● Must know how to operate striping equipment
● Must understand proper parking lot layout and measurements
● Valid driver’s license preferred
● Reliable transportation
● Dependable and able to show up on time
● Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat
● Must be able to lift equipment and materials as needed
● Night and weekend availability may be required depending on the job
