NOW HIRING: Experienced Tradesman

We are a growing general contracting company based in Livermore, CA, seeking a dependable and experienced tradesman to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong hands-on skills across multiple trades, including general repairs, plumbing, tile work, framing, carpentry, drywall, and remodeling support.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The position will support residential and commercial construction projects, repairs, maintenance work, and remodel-related tasks. The right candidate will be able to work independently, follow project instructions, use tools safely, communicate professionally, and complete high-quality work in a timely manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general repairs, maintenance, and construction-related tasks
• Assist with plumbing repairs, fixture installation, and basic piping work
• Complete tile installation, repairs, grout, caulking, and finishing work
• Support framing, carpentry, drywall, trim, and other remodeling tasks
• Read and follow project instructions, plans, and supervisor direction
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, clients, and vendors

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous handyman, construction, remodeling, or general contracting experience required
• Experience with plumbing, tile, framing, carpentry, and drywall strongly preferred
• Knowledge of basic construction methods, materials, and job site safety practices
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Livermore, CA
• Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and professional
• Ability to lift materials, use tools, climb ladders, and perform physical work as needed
• Must have valid work authorization
• Valid driver's license required

SCHEDULE AND PAY
