Job Summary:

We’re looking for a skilled Upholsterer to join our team in Chatsworth, CA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail. You will be responsible for preparing, setting up, and upholstering items, using sewing and fabrication techniques to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

Use hand tools and power tools for cutting, sewing, and assembling upholstery materials.
Operate sewing machines to stitch fabrics, leather, or vinyl.
Measure and cut foam and other materials to ensure proper fit.
Assemble upholstered items with attention to both structural integrity and aesthetics.
Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques.
Qualifications:
Previous upholstery or related experience is preferred.
Proficiency with sewing machines and hand/power tools is a plus.
Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
Job Type and Benefits:
Pay: $28 - $32 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
