NOW HIRING – Experienced White Glove Delivery Lead / Driver

We are seeking an experienced White Glove Delivery Lead / Driver for local residential deliveries in the Kent area for a very large company.

This is a local route – home daily position. We are specifically looking for someone with prior white-glove furniture, mattress, appliance, moving, or final-mile delivery experience who can lead a 2-person delivery team.

This is a customer-facing position requiring professionalism, physical ability, safe driving, and excellent handling of customers' homes and merchandise.

Scope of Work

Operate a 26-ft box truck on local delivery routes

Lead a 2-person delivery team
Perform white-glove, in-home deliveries
Carry, unwrap, place, and assemble furniture/mattresses
Safely maneuver large/heavy items through customers' homes
Protect floors, walls, doorways, and customer property
Remove packaging and delivery debris
Complete required delivery photos/documentation
Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
Perform basic pre-trip/post-trip truck inspections

Requirements

Prior white-glove/final-mile delivery experience strongly preferred
Must have experience driving a 26-ft box truck
Experience leading a delivery/helper team preferred
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Able to communicate effectively with customers and dispatch
Ability to safely lift/maneuver 75–100 lbs with assistance
Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills
Reliable and punctual
Reliable transportation to the route starting location
Furniture, appliance, moving, or final-mile delivery experience preferred
Must be able to pass required screening/background checks
