NOW HIRING – Facilities Maintenance Technician $26–$28 Per Hour |

Walters Wedding Estates is looking for a skilled, dependable, and motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in the North Houston area.

We are looking for a hands-on individual who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can independently maintain our beautiful wedding venues to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• General building maintenance and repairs
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting
• Carpentry, painting, drywall, and minor repairs
• Preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
• Maintenance of fountains, lighting, doors, and property equipment
• Responding to maintenance requests and completing work orders
• Identifying and resolving problems before they become major issues

Qualifications:

• Previous facilities or commercial building maintenance experience preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel between assigned North Houston properties
• Occasional weekend or emergency availability may be required

Position Details:

• Pay: $26–$28 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Full-time
• Location: North Houston / Montgomery / Conroe area
