Now Hiring Finish Grade Operators/Crew Chiefs

Land-Pro is currently hiring for crew chief/equipment operators.

Knowledge of operating dozers, excavators, skidsteers, mini-x's, truck/trailers, off-road dump trucks and batwing tractors is expected.

We are a fast-growing construction and maintenance company located on the north side of Houston in Spring.

I am looking for a consistent and versatile employee. One day you may be on an excavator loading trucks, the next day you may be mowing raw land on a batwing tractor. Not looking for a one trick pony.

All candidates must have verifiable experience (I call references), reliable transportation and a clean background. If you don't have commercial experience, please do not call me. If you don't work well with others or are a pri-madonna, please don't call me; it's not going to work out.

Call to set up a field interview. All candidates must attend a one hour (non-paid) try-out at one of our jobsites. From there, I will determine if we are going to hire you or not.
