Flagger – Precast Erection Project

We are seeking a dependable Flagger to support a precast concrete erection project. This position will be responsible for helping control vehicle and pedestrian traffic around the active construction site while maintaining clear communication with crane operators, truck drivers, and the erection crew.

Responsibilities include:

Direct construction traffic, delivery trucks, and equipment safely through the jobsite
Assist with coordinating precast deliveries and truck movement
Maintain safe work zones around crane and erection activities
Communicate clearly with operators, drivers, supervisors, and crew members
Watch for hazards and immediately report unsafe conditions
Follow all site-specific safety requirements
Remain alert and attentive throughout the shift
Assist the erection crew with general site duties as needed

Requirements:

Previous construction or flagging experience preferred

Experience around cranes, precast erection, or heavy equipment is a plus
Must be dependable and able to report to work on time
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be comfortable working in an active construction environment
Strong communication and safety awareness
Must follow all required PPE and jobsite safety procedures

This is a safety-sensitive position requiring someone who is reliable, attentive, and comfortable working around heavy equipment and active precast erection operations.
