Madrona Brothers Excavation is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team!

💰 Starting Pay: $18–$23/hour

Pay depends on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for Flaggers and Laborers who are ready to work hard, learn new skills, and be part of a solid excavation crew.

What We Offer
$18–$23/hour, depending on experience
Flagging certification course paid for by Madrona Brothers
We will schedule and pay for your flagging certification after you are hired
Opportunities to gain valuable experience in the excavation and construction industry
Hands-on, outdoor work with a hardworking team
What We're Looking For
Dependable and punctual
Dependable transportation to and from work
A working cell phone
Willing to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
Able to work as part of a team
Hardworking and willing to learn
Construction or excavation experience is a plus, but not required
