Bilingual Construction Laborers Needed Immediately

Location: Midlothian, TX

Pay: $22.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Language Requirement: Bilingual in English and Spanish

We are immediately hiring dependable Construction General Laborers for a large general contractor’s active project in Midlothian. Candidates must be ready to work and available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

Assist with receiving and unloading job site deliveries.

Verify materials and quantities against packing slips.

Help identify missing, incorrect, or damaged materials.

Move, organize, and distribute construction materials.

Perform general construction labor and job site cleanup.

Assist with tools, equipment, and material setup.

Follow instructions from the foreman and job site management.

Follow all job site safety policies and procedures.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Complete additional labor duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Construction experience is preferred.

Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.

Must be able to perform physical construction work and lift materials.

Must be comfortable working outdoors.

Must have reliable transportation to the Midlothian job site.

Must be available to start ASAP.
