📍 Sacramento • Elk Grove • El Dorado Hills • Folsom • Roseville and Surrounding Areas
We’re looking for dependable, experienced people who take pride in their work.
🪚 CARPENTER / DECK BUILDER
Looking for experience with:
- Exterior dry rot removal & replacement
- Deck building & deck repair
- Exterior carpentry
- Framing and structural repairs
Looking for experience with:
- Tile roofing
- Roof repairs
- Leak detection & repair
- Exterior repair work
We’re willing to train the right person if you have at least 2 years of construction experience and a strong work ethic.
You must be physically capable of:
- Carrying up to 100 lbs when required
- Working safely from 2-story ladders
- Working comfortably on 2-story roofs
- Performing physically demanding outdoor construction work
Starting Pay: $30–$35/hour CASH for the first 30 days, depending on experience and ability. We pay every Wednesday for the previous week.
🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
🔨 Saturdays optional
📆 Full-time, year-round work
We work year-round — including emergency roof repairs in the rain. 🌧️
🚙 REQUIREMENTS
✔ Dependable transportation
✔ Your own construction tools
✔ Truck or SUV preferred
✔ Ability to transport a 2-story extension ladder preferred
✔ Reliable and ready to work every scheduled day
✔ Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Dependability is extremely important. If you regularly call out, show up late, or don’t want to work outdoors in difficult conditions, this position will not be a good fit.
