Cedars of Edina is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our full-time team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, repairs, and keeping an apartment community running smoothly, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on apartments and common areas
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
• Complete work orders efficiently and maintain accurate records
• Respond promptly to resident requests and emergency repairs
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Participate in an on-call rotation for evening emergencies
• Work weekends on a rotating schedule

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous maintenance experience in residential or multi-family housing preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work a rotating weekend schedule with an evening on-call
