Now Hiring: Full-Time Welder/Fabricator

We’re looking for a full-time welder, fabricator who’s not afraid of hard work and is excited about helping fabricate hardware for new infrastructure. About the Role:
As a welder at H.W. Johnson Concrete Construction, your primary duties will include fabricating handrails, grates, and trash racks for roadway drainage structures. You'll also be responsible for welding repairs and parts fabrication for our fleet of 100 vehicles and mobile machinery.
We’re looking for welders of all experience levels. Whether you're an experienced pro or just a few years into the trade, you’ll have opportunities to grow your skills and expand your expertise. Full-time day shifts are available Monday through Friday.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding/fabricating
• Valid Driver’s License with no major violations in the past 36 months
• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Knowledge of welding equipment and tools used in the trade
• Familiarity with handrail/pipe coping and welding
• Attention to detail and the ability to take direction well
• Take pride in your workmanship and produce high-quality results
