Da Kine Builders is expanding our team and seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who want to develop their skills in quality carpentry, framing, and custom residential construction.

GENERAL LABORERS

Starting at $32.50 per hour

CARPENTER APPRENTICES

Starting at $38.00 per hour

Higher compensation may be available based on proven experience, skill level, reliability, and job performance.

This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals, learn proper building techniques, and build a long-term career with a respected Kauaʻi contractor.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Assisting with residential framing and carpentry
• Measuring, cutting, fastening, and installing building materials
• Loading, unloading, and organizing materials
• Jobsite setup, protection, and cleanup
• Safely operating hand and power tools
• Following instructions from foremen and experienced carpenters
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional jobsite

We are looking for applicants who:

• Show up on time and are ready to work
• Have reliable transportation to jobsites throughout Kauaʻi
• Take pride in producing high-quality work
• Are dependable, respectful, and professional
• Can perform physically demanding construction work
• Are willing to learn and accept direction
• Work safely and contribute to a team environment

Previous construction experience is helpful but not required for general laborer applicants. Apprentice applicants should have some construction experience and a genuine interest in developing professional carpentry and framing skills.
