Seeking a Maintenance Technician for exterior services including gutter clearing, window washing, roof cleaning, pressure washing, and yard maintenance. Gu-Wi has over 1,000 5 star reviews in Seattle and Portland and we take pride in our work.

We provide on-the-job paid training.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean gutters, windows, and roofs
• Safely work from tall ladders and on steep and dangerous roofs
• Talk to customers and offer ways to improve their properties
• Manage materials, equipment, inventory, and your company vehicle
• Always be on time and get jobs done
• Follow company safety and service standards

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum of verifiable professional experience working at heights in a physically demanding job.
• Strong ladder skills and confidence working safely on tall and steep roofs
• Willing and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, honest, self-motivated, accountable, and articulate

Compensation

• Paid training
• $20-30/hr based on experience
• Part time initially, will grow to full time
• Company vehicle, equipment, and materials provided
