We are seeking a dependable and skilled handyman to handle general maintenance and repairs. This is a full-time, long-term position with steady work.
Responsibilities:

• General maintenance
• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Electrical work
• Ceramic tile
• Fence maintenance
• Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics

Schedule & Pay:
🕗 Monday–Friday
⏱️ 40 hours per week
💵 Pay: To be discussed (based on experience)
Requirements:
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Reasonable driving record
✔ Must be 21 years or older
✔ Must pass a drug test
✔ Must consent to a driving record and credit history review
✔ Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
✔ Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors
