Responsibilities

Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Install package units, split systems, heat pumps, and mini-split systems.
Assist with equipment replacements and new system installations.
Follow manufacturer specifications and local HVAC codes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality installation standards.

Qualifications
1–2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
EPA Certification required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
