💼 POSITION #1: HVAC MAINTENANCE TECH

We want techs who:
✔ Communicate professionally with homeowners
✔ Maintain a clean, sharp appearance
✔ Know how to identify issues & generate leads
✔ Show up ready to perform every day

💼 POSITION #2: LEAD HVAC INSTALLER

We’re looking for a true leader, not just a helper.

You must be able to:
✔ Run full installs from start to finish
✔ Lead and manage a crew
✔ Read scopes, plans, and execute clean installs
✔ Maintain high-quality standards (no shortcuts)
✔ Represent the company professionally on every job

💰 COMPENSATION & PERKS:

🔥 Hourly + Commission (Maintenance Techs)
🔥 Strong pay for Lead Installers (based on experience)
