BullsEye Plumbing Heating & Air is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We are a family-owned and locally operated company that has proudly served the Colorado Springs and surrounding communities since 2005. Position Overview

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
Communicate repair options and recommendations to customers
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC issues
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally

Qualifications:

MECH IV
Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience preferred
EPA Certification required
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift equipment and work in various weather conditions
Clean background check - No Felonies
