ChesMill Mechanical is seeking an experienced **HVAC/Refrigeration Technician/Mechanic** to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy troubleshooting mechanical systems, and want to work for a company that values its employees, we'd love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:**

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and residential HVAC systems.
• Install and service air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Complete service reports accurately and professionally.
• Provide outstanding customer service while representing the company.

**Qualifications:**

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC/Refrigeration experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical controls.
• Experience with walk-in coolers/freezers and commercial refrigeration is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently.
