NOW HIRING IMMEDIATELY – WAREHOUSE REPRESENTATIVE

Cowboys Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Warehouse Representative to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our technicians, installers, and daily operations by ensuring inventory, equipment, and materials are properly managed.

Responsibilities:

Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
Pull equipment and materials for service technicians and installation crews
Maintain accurate inventory counts
Assist with loading and unloading trucks
Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Track parts, equipment, and warranty returns
Assist with deliveries and pickups as needed
Verify inventory received matches purchase orders
Monitor warehouse stock levels and notify management of shortages
Assist with fleet and equipment organization

Requirements:

Valid Texas Driver's License
Clean driving record preferred
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
HVAC experience is a plus but not required
Strong organizational skills
Reliable and punctual
Team-player mentality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
