Now Hiring: Laborers, Carpenter Helpers & Journeyman Carpenters

HIRING LABORERS, CARPENTER HELPERS & JOURNEYMAN CARPENTERS (NORTH SHORE)
We are an established home builder working on North Shore. We are looking to add dependable, hardworking people to our crew. Positions may start on an as-needed basis with the potential to become full time, depending on our current workload a great opportunity for the right candidates to grow with a solid company.
OPEN POSITIONS:
LABORER
Previous construction site experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
Able to perform physical work outdoors: lifting 50+ lbs, site cleanup, carrying materials, digging, staging lumber
Basic hand/power tool familiarity a plus
Reliable, on time, and willing to take direction
CARPENTER HELPER
1–2 years of residential construction or carpentry experience
Able to read a tape measure accurately and comfortable with basic hand and power tools (circular saw, drills, levels, nail guns)
Assist with framing, layout, sheathing, and material handling
Eager to learn the trade and work as a team player
JOURNEYMAN CARPENTER
5+ years of residential construction experience, framing through finish
Skilled in framing, sheathing, roofing, window/door installation, siding, and trim/finish carpentry
Able to read blueprints and plans
Ability to run a small crew or mentor helpers is a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites across the North Shore
Professionalism is a MUST punctual, respectful, clean appearance, and a positive attitude on every job
Own basic hand tools strongly preferred THE MORE TOOLS, THE BETTER (cordless set, bags, nail guns, saws, etc.)
OSHA 10 card a plus
PAY & SCHEDULE:
Competitive pay based on experience
As-needed or full-time hours available, depending on current workload
