FTC Land Management is a professional land clearing operation running heavy machines doing laborious work — and we want an individual that holds himself to a high standard.

What we're looking for:

You show up. Every day. On time. Without being called twice.

You know the difference between maintaining a chainsaw and just using one.
You've operated heavy equipment and you respect what that machine costs.
You pay attention — to your surroundings, to the equipment, to the crew around you.
You don't cut corners because nobody's watching.
You ARE efficient.
You understand trees — how they fall, how they're rigged, how they behave. Climbing experience tells us you think before you cut.
You must have:

Valid Driver's License — non-negotiable

Reliable transportation — non-negotiable
Chainsaw operation, maintenance, and sharpening experience
Skid steer and/or excavator operation experience
A clean, drug-free record
The ability to work hard in demanding outdoor conditions
Preferred but not required:

Tree climbing or rigging experience — this moves you to the top of the list
Rigging
Class A CDL
References — bring them, they matter here
