Soundview Landscape & Sprinkler Co. is looking for experienced, dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team!
We specialize in landscape construction, irrigation installation, and commercial construction projects. We are looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman who knows how to lead a crew and manage a jobsite, along with Landscape Construction Laborers who take pride in their work and want to grow with our company.
LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise landscape construction crews.
- Manage daily jobsite operations and keep projects on schedule.
- Monitor labor hours, productivity, and job costs.
- Track material budgets, equipment rentals, and tool expenses.
- Read plans and coordinate work according to project specifications.
- Maintain quality workmanship, safety, and jobsite organization.
- Communicate with management, general contractors, and crew members.
- Experience as a landscape construction foreman.
- Commercial construction project experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage crews, budgets, and deadlines.
- Dependable, responsible, and committed to quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with commercial landscape construction and installation.
- Perform grading, excavation, and soil preparation.
- Install plants, trees, irrigation systems, and landscape materials.
- Assist with hardscape and other construction projects.
- Operate tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
- Construction or landscaping experience preferred.
- Must be dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
