Run the shop. Own the fleet. We are hiring a full-time Lead Diesel Mechanic to take control of our fleet and keep trucks moving.

What You’ll Work On:

• Garbage trucks
• Roll-off trucks
• Box trucks
• Diesel & gas engines
• Hydraulics & electrical systems

• Oversee all fleet maintenance
• Diagnose & repair issues independently
• Build and manage maintenance schedules
• Handle breakdowns quickly
• Manage parts and inventory
• Keep shop clean and organized

• Strong diesel experience
• Able to diagnose issues without guessing
• Experience with hydraulics & electrical systems
• Leadership mindset — run the shop
• Reliable and takes ownership

$30–$40/hr based on experience
Full-time, steady work
