- PAY: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 / year (Based on experience)
- JOB TYPE: Full-time (Year-round work)
- SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday (Overtime/weekends as needed)
- COMPANY TRUCK: Provided (Dispatch straight from your house in the morning!)

â–º THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary responsibility will be installing top-quality HVAC systems in residential environments, ensuring high-quality installations and exceptional customer service.
- INSTALL & REPLACE: Residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, mini-splits, humidifiers, and IAQ systems.
- COMPLETE SYSTEMS: Install ductwork, piping, and wiring to meet ROX high-quality standards.
- SERVICE & MAINTENANCE: Perform system tune-ups, routine maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC equipment, and replace defective parts.
- CUSTOMER CARE: Provide exceptional customer service during installations and service calls, meeting company and customer expectations.
- TEAMWORK & SAFETY: Follow safety practices and regulations, attend weekly staff meetings and training.
â–º QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- EXPERIENCE: Proven track record as an HVAC installer or similar role in residential service.
- TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Deep understanding of HVAC systems, installation, equipment repair, and design.
- HANDS-ON SKILLS: Ability to weld and work with various trade tools.
- PROBLEM SOLVER: Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- DRIVING RECORD: Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- WORK ETHIC: Ability to work independently and as a strong team member.
