Position: Low Voltage Cable Technician
Job Type: Temporary / Project-Based
Pay: $23–$28 per hour, depending on experience
EXPERIENCED LOW VOLTAGE TECHS WANTED!
We are currently hiring experienced Low Voltage Cable Technicians for a commercial project in the Jacksonville area.
The primary focus of this position will be pulling, routing, and installing low-voltage cabling throughout the jobsite. We are looking for dependable, hardworking technicians with hands-on experience who can work efficiently and produce quality installations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Pull and route low-voltage cable throughout the jobsite.
Run cable through J-hooks, cable trays, and existing conduits.
Maintain proper cable separation, bend radius, cable support, and overall workmanship standards.
Terminate copper data cabling on keystone jacks and patch panels.
Assist with structured cabling and other low-voltage installations.
Use basic hand and power tools safely.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous hands-on experience pulling low-voltage cable is required.
Commercial or construction low-voltage experience is preferred.
Must be comfortable working from ladders and at elevated heights.
Must be able to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, climb, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
Must be able to pass a background screening.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience pulling and routing low-voltage cable, understands basic structured cabling practices, is comfortable working on ladders and at heights, and takes pride in doing quality work.

PAY
$23–$28 PER HOUR — DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
Your pay rate will be determined based on your level of experience, skills, and ability to perform the work independently.
