MOBILE LUBE TECHNICIAN — ON-SITE FLEET SERVICE

Compensation: $19/hr + based on experience

Location: Murfreesboro, TN, with mobile service routes

Drop Swap Oil is hiring a dependable Mobile Lube Technician to provide preventive maintenance directly at customer and fleet locations. You’ll work hands-on in the field, serve a variety of vehicles and equipment, and play an important role in helping customers keep their operations moving.

This position is a strong fit for someone who takes pride in quality work, values safety, communicates clearly, and can work independently. You’ll have the opportunity to build practical experience across light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vehicles or equipment while representing a professional mobile service team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil and filter changes and scheduled preventive-maintenance services
• Check and top off fluids, replace filters, and lubricate components as required
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and clearly report concerns
• Service light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vehicles or equipment based on experience and assignment
• Complete work orders and accurately document services performed
• Keep the service vehicle, tools, and supplies clean and organized
• Communicate with dispatch, coworkers, and customers throughout the day
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures, including proper handling of used oil and filters

Qualifications:

• Previous oil-change, preventive-maintenance, or automotive-service experience preferred
• Working knowledge of common fluids, filters, lubrication points, and basic vehicle inspections
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between customer locations
• Able to safely use tools and move the equipment and supplies required for the job
• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures
• ***Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record is a MUST***

• MON - SAT 5:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m. with one additional day off/week
