MOBILE TIRE TECHNICIAN — ON-SITE PASSENGER, COMMERCIAL & FLEET SERVICE

We are hiring an experienced Mobile Tire Technician to provide professional tire service at customer and fleet locations. This position is for experienced technicians only. Applicants must have hands-on tire-service experience and be able to work independently in a mobile-service environment.

Instead of being tied to one shop, you will travel to different locations and work directly with customers, fleet operators, and dispatch. Every day brings new vehicles, new challenges, and the satisfaction of helping keep people, businesses, and equipment safely moving.

Responsibilities:

• Mount, dismount, install, repair, rotate, and balance tires
• Service passenger vehicles, light trucks, trailers, and commercial or fleet vehicles
• Inspect tire pressure, tread depth, wear patterns, and overall tire condition
• Identify damaged, worn, or unsafe tires and clearly communicate recommendations
• Use jacks, tire machines, wheel balancers, torque tools, and other service equipment safely
• Perform TPMS service and relearn procedures as required
• Complete work orders and accurately document all services performed
• Maintain the service vehicle, tools, tire inventory, and work area
• Communicate with dispatch regarding job status, delays, parts, and safety concerns
• Establish a safe work area at every mobile-service location
• Provide professional, courteous service that reflects well on our team
• Take ownership of assigned jobs and resolve service issues efficiently
• Recognize when additional support is needed and communicate promptly with dispatch or management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional tire-service experience
• Proven experience servicing passenger, commercial, or fleet vehicles
• Strong working knowledge of tire machines, wheel balancers, jacks, torque procedures, and safe lifting practices
• Commercial, fleet, roadside, or heavy-duty tire experience strongly preferred
• Able to perform tire-service work independently with minimal supervision
• Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship
• Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Able to travel between customer locations throughout the workday
• Able to safely lift and move tires, wheels, tools, and related equipment
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must be able to represent our company professionally at customer and fleet locations

• $21.00/hour with earning potential based on experience, performance, hours, and available overtime
• Monday - Saturdays from 5:00a.m. - 3:00p.m (Every Sunday off + 1 additional day off a week)
