- Service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Unit turns to get apartments ready for move-in
- General maintenance and repairs
- Support the property team with day-to-day maintenance
- Vendor relations
- Multifamily experience
- EPA 608 Universal Certification (required)
- HVAC experience
- Basic maintenance tools
- Reliable transportation
- Someone who shows up and handles business
