We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong plumbing skills who takes pride in quality workmanship.

Required Skills:

Strong plumbing experience (required)
Drywall repair, patching, texturing, and painting
Interior painting and touch-ups
Basic carpentry and finish work
Minor electrical repairs
General apartment and residential maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs without constant supervision

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience
Must have your own tools
Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
Able to lift 50+ pounds and safely use ladders
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Dependable and punctual
Able to communicate clearly
A smartphone is required for photos and work orders
