NOW HIRING: MASTER DRYWALL HANGER LEADSan Diego County | Full-Time | $38-40 per hour, DOEAre you a master-level drywall hanger who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and doing the job right the first time?We’re looking for an experienced Drywall Hanger Lead to join our team and take ownership of high-end residential drywall projects throughout San Diego County.This is more than a hanging position. We’re looking for a true field leader who understands complex layouts, can anticipate problems before they become costly, and knows how to lead a crew while maintaining exceptional production and quality.THE ROLEAs our Hanger Lead, you’ll be responsible for hanging drywall while leading hanging operations from layout through completion. You’ll work directly with crews, coordinate project needs, and make sure every job is executed efficiently, accurately, and to our standards.You should be confident walking onto a challenging project and knowing exactly how to approach it.Responsibilities include:

• Lead and supervise drywall hanging crews on residential projects
• Perform and oversee complex drywall layouts and installations
• Read and interpret plans, elevations, and jobsite conditions
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, quality, and production
• Identify and solve framing, layout, and installation issues in the field
• Coordinate manpower and workflow across multiple projects
• Communicate effectively and professionally with project managers, builders, and other trades
• Train, direct, and hold crew members accountable
• Keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule

  WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORThis position is for an experienced professional — NOT SOMEONE LEARNING THE TRADE.

• 6+ years of specialized drywall hanging experience
• Master-level understanding of drywall installation and layout
• Proven experience leading or supervising a crew
• Excellent problem-solving and field decision-making skills
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel throughout San Diego County
• Fluent in English
• Professional attitude and pride in workmanship
