Laborers & Carpenters | Weekly Pay | Full-Time | Kansas City Area

Asterisk LLC is a small family-owned commercial construction company based in the Kansas City area. We are currently hiring dependable laborers and carpenters who want steady work and are willing to learn.

We keep a smaller crew on purpose. Everybody works, everybody communicates, and everybody pulls their weight. We are looking for people who show up, work hard, and want long-term consistent work.

What We Do
Our work changes constantly, so no two weeks look the same. Projects may include:
Commercial remodeling
Demo
Framing
Steel studs
Epoxy flooring
Concrete prep & grinding
Warehouse maintenance
Install work
General construction labor
One day you may be tearing walls out. The next day you may be helping install epoxy floors or framing walls. We do a little bit of everything.

What We’re Looking For
Dependable and on time
Able to lift 50+ lbs
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
Reliable transportation required
Construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
Must communicate well with the crew
No no-call/no-shows

Schedule
Monday–Friday
Typical start time around 7:00 AM
Occasional Saturdays depending on projects

Pay

Laborers typically start around $18–$22/hr depending on experience
Skilled trades/carpenters paid higher based on experience

Weekly pay

Long-term work available for the right people
