S&K Plumbing has been a top-producing new construction plumbing company in the Treasure Valley since 2002. We have steady work, strong builder relationships, and a full pipeline—but we need the right leader in the field to help us continue growing.

### 🔧 POSITION OPTIONS:
We are open to hiring:

• Plumbing Field Supervisor
• HVAC Field Supervisor
• OR a strong leader with experience overseeing both

### 💪 WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead and manage field crews daily
• Ensure installs meet code, company standards, and builder expectations
• Oversee quality control and reduce callbacks
• Train and develop crew members
• Coordinate with office + builders for scheduling and inspections
• Maintain job flow, efficiency, and accountability

👉 This is a leadership role, not just another installer position.
