What You'll Do

As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing plumbing problems, performing repairs and installations, and providing professional service to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of plumbing issues
• Perform residential plumbing service calls
• Perform drain cleaning and sewer-related services
• Operate drain cleaning equipment and sewer inspection equipment
• Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures and components
• Install and service water heaters and related equipment
• Repair and replace water, drain, waste, and vent piping
• Perform leak detection and troubleshoot water leaks
• Identify the cause of plumbing problems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Explain plumbing issues and recommended repairs clearly to customers
• Provide professional, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Protect customer homes and property while performing work
• Properly use and maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Complete accurate job notes, documentation, and photos
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and the office throughout the day
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and applicable plumbing codes
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing the company
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and willing to take pride in the work they perform.

Required / Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous plumbing service experience preferred
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to identify plumbing problems and determine appropriate repair solutions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members
• Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to safely lift and handle tools, equipment, and plumbing materials
• Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, and other challenging environments when required
• Ability to work in various weather and job-site conditions
