About the Job:

We are looking for hardworking framers to join our team for fast-paced, high-volume production work. There isn't a lot of custom cutting here—our packages are optimized, pre-cut, and pre-laid out so you can move fast, be efficient, and maximize your piece rate. Safety is our number one priority on every single site. We expect everyone to work hard, put in an honest day's work, and do it safely.

Whether you are an individual looking to join an established crew, or an entire crew ready to take on volume, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

The Right Attitude: We want guys who show up on time, work hard, and bring a good attitude to the site every day.

Experience: Familiarity with high-volume production framing.

Safety First: You must take job site safety seriously. No exceptions.

Equipment: Must have your own basic hand tools (tool belt, hammer, tape measure, speed square, etc.) and reliable transportation to get to the job sites.

Crew Status: Hiring solo framers looking to jump on a crew, or full sub-crews ready to roll. **You will be a direct employee not 1099 or subcontracted**
