This is a 1099 Contractor Position

• Debris Removal
• Lock Changes & Property Securing
• Winterizations
• Maid / Janitorial Services
• Drywall, Painting & Minor Repairs
• Property Inspections & Bid Submissions
• **Before, During & After Photo Documentation**

📸 **IMPORTANT:** Experience taking clear, detailed **before, during, and after photos is REQUIRED.** Proper photo documentation is a critical part of completing our work orders.

### ✅ Requirements:

• Must have your **own truck and tools**
• Reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines
• Previous Property Preservation or Field Services experience preferred
• Experience with **PPW (Property Pres Wizard) is a plus**
• Ability to provide accurate bids and detailed photo documentation
