Hiring for part-time maintenance professional at 38-unit apartment building in Monticello, MN
Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders for residents promptly
- Prepare vacant units for new occupancy
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
- Maintain property, grounds, and common areas
- Repairs: minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and more
