COMPENSATION: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
SCHEDULE: Full-Time | Mon – Fri | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No forced weekends)
PAY FREQUENCY: Paid weekly on Mondays—always on time!
JOBSITES: Various residential sites across Albany, El Cerrito, Berkeley, Richmond, San Pablo, and El Sobrante

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a reliable, motivated carpenter to join our residential crew. If you take pride in precise work, want a predictable schedule, and want to work with a team that respects your time and your tools, we want to hear from you
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform wood framing for residential walls, roofs, and floors.
• Install finish carpentry elements (doors, windows, trim, baseboards, molding).
• Follow layout instructions and job site directions accurately.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional carpentry experience (residential preferred).
• Skills: Highly proficient at reading a tape measure down to the fraction. Must have dual experience in both framing and finish work.
• Tools: Must own and bring your own basic hand tools and tool belt (tape measure, hammer, speed square, utility knife, chisels). We provide all major power tools, specialty equipment, and safety gear.
• Logistics: Reliable vehicle for independent daily travel to various East Bay jobsites. Must be legally authorized to live and work in the United States.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet for full shifts.
