Starting Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and references.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare rooms and work areas for restoration activities.
Set up equipment and staging areas for each project.
Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure efficient project completion.
Perform restoration and mitigation tasks as directed.
Complete end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup, leaving each jobsite clean and organized.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license required.
Fire restoration experience is a plus.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and access confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
Comfortable working with restoration equipment and cleaning products.
Must successfully pass a background check, subject to applicable law.

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Starting Compensation: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
