Rodent Busters Inc. is looking for an experienced and dependable **Rodent Proofing Specialist** to join our team! We help protect homes and businesses from rodent infestations by identifying entry points, sealing openings, and providing high-quality rodent exclusion services.

The ideal candidate has at least **2 years of relevant experience**, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs.

## Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for rodent activity and potential entry points.
• Work in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs to perform inspections and repairs.
• Seal rodent entry points using wire mesh, concrete, metal flashing, and other appropriate materials.
• Perform attic insulation work and related repairs as needed.
• Replace HVAC ductwork when required.
• Clean and sanitize areas affected by rodent droppings while following proper safety procedures.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and deliver professional service.
• Communicate inspection findings and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.

## Qualifications

• **At least 2 years of experience** in rodent proofing, pest control, construction, or a related field.
• Comfortable working in confined, dusty, and elevated spaces.
• Physically capable of climbing, crawling, lifting, and performing hands-on work.
• Familiar with hand tools, power tools, and common rodent exclusion materials.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• **Drywall repair experience is a plus.**
• **Attic insulation installation or removal experience is a plus.**
• **HVAC duct replacement experience is a plus.**

## Pay, Benefits, and Opportunities

• **Starting pay: $29–$30 per hour**, depending on experience and qualifications.
• **90-day performance review:** Opportunity to increase pay to $31–$33 per hour based on performance, workmanship, reliability, and overall job proficiency.

• **Overtime pay:** Eligible hours worked over 40 in a workweek will be paid at the applicable overtime rate, in accordance with California law.
